Really frustrating when you are given an estimated time of 4 hours for a service and end up waiting upwards of 7 hours with no updates letting you know the service is going to take way longer. Wasn’t offer of 4 hours for a service and end up waiting upwards of 7 hours with no updates letting you know the service is going to take way longer. Wasn’t offered any type of rental to get back to the city so I was stuck waiting in the waiting area all day. Won’t catch me ever coming back here for any type of service. More

Ashlee and Denise went above and beyond for me in a time where I was full blown panicking regarding pricing. They both took the time to explain to me the processes and the reasons behind things and I really where I was full blown panicking regarding pricing.
