The dealership and service department are VERY clean. I purchased my Jerp at another dealership in Delaware, however this is where I choose to have my vehicle serviced. The service department goes the extra mile to take excellent care of you and your vehicle. They do everything they can to keep their customers comfortable while they wait. They even have snacks! I’ll defiantly consider this dealership when it’s time for a new vehicle. More

Had an issue with the tail light on my 2018 Durango. Andrew was able to get me in immediately to get it fixed. The service department at David Dodge is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with! Super Customer Service I moved to the area shortly after buying my first Jeep Wrangler, and brought in my vehicle for regularly scheduled service shortly after the coronavir I moved to the area shortly after buying my first Jeep Wrangler, and brought in my vehicle for regularly scheduled service shortly after the coronavirus pandemic began. Ashlee and the team took great care of my Jeep, and took great care of me while I waited. When done, they walked me through the results, and even gave me some suggestions on where I might go offroading. Very friendly and highly competent customer service; I will be back whenever needed, and look forward to shopping for my next Jeep with David too! More

Words cannot even scratch the surface of how disappointed I am with my certified preowned Compass and the service department. The primary reason for the service was not addressed, other than plugging it in I am with my certified preowned Compass and the service department. The primary reason for the service was not addressed, other than plugging it in to the computer to say there's nothing wrong with it, and a short drive around the block. While at cruising speed, all I have to do is come upon a slight incline, & the car bucks like there's no tomorrow... sometimes for as long as half a mile at a time, sometimes for only a few seconds. It may be the CVT contributing to its "efficiency" or something else that keeps telling it that it's in the wrong gear, but it's not right... and I'm tired of being told that there's nothing wrong with it. I'm calling BS on that. You inspected it, like it should have been done before delivery, and everything seems to be fine, with the exception of the brakes. They work fine most of the time; however since the inspection, I've had to apply the brakes abruptly a few times, and that's when there's a spine-chilling grinding noise. I'm hoping it wasn't "lick 'em & stick 'em" when it came to the inspection. Only part of the oxidation repair was done along the front edge of the hood. Getting the car washed was a nice gesture, thank you; however no one mentioned that you would be detailing the interior, as well.... or I would have prepared for that. I did not appreciate getting into my car to find all of my personal belongings stuffed into a trash bag, lottery tickets missing, the ungodly stench of multiple sinus burning air fresheners, and having to go back into the detailing department to recover my magnet. I guess the only thing that I was satisfied with in this whole experience, was the loaner. You came through on that one. More
