Mr. Trinkl, Thank you for your response on this mater. We have owned various types of Hyundai vehicles since 2013 and have always experienced outstanding service and performance. This particular visit was out of line with what we had experienced in the past. Thank you Rick for contacting me. I did bring the car back and Kevin did a great job with his customer service skills. I was very pleased to have my car finally fixed. I've had this "engine light on and off" since I bought the car in October 2022 and it's been a concern for me. As it turned out it was the OCV Valve which they replaced. Kevin and Alexandria both have restored my confidence in Larry H Miller Hyundia in Peoria and I'll remain a customer. I've only had the best of service until this last incidence and it may have been a bad day. Thank you again for getting back to me.
