The 2 year service was as expected, but unfortunately the issue with the 12 volt battery is not resolved and the explanation given is not satisfactory. The service technician listened to my needs but the sales person told me that the console would work with my phone and it doesn't. The service technician told me that the sales person lied and that my phone person told me that the console would work with my phone and it doesn't. The service technician told me that the sales person lied and that my phone was not supported for console use. The sales people need to tell potential customers accurate information. I am not happy that I was lied to and the console works like crap because of it. More
