I requested service on my 2009 Camry using the chat option on the Ziegler website. The service department was quick to respond. I was able to set up a service appointment early the next morning. I received confirmation of my service appointment, received another reminder text and a follow up phone call, which I greatly appreciated. Once at the dealership, I met with Ashleigh, got my car check received another reminder text and a follow up phone call, which I greatly appreciated. Once at the dealership, I met with Ashleigh, got my car checked out and was able to allow the Ziegler team to expedite ordering the needed parts in time to be received the next morning. Everything went smooth and successfully. I even got a senior discount and a shuttle ride which all resulted in a great customer experience. Good job! More
