While they were servicing my car, they brought to my attention that it needed additional work, so I approved the work. I was pleasantly surprised when my total at checkout was less than the estimate. I attention that it needed additional work, so I approved the work. I was pleasantly surprised when my total at checkout was less than the estimate. I even double checked and asked to make sure that they completely all the additional work. The next day they called me and told me I had to pay them an additional $700 because they failed to charge me labor for installing new brake pads. They told me that they wouldn't be able to pay their employees for their time if I didn't pay them the additional $700. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I tell everyone I know not to go there for service. They didn't even fix one of the things I brought my car in for. More
