I want to confirm that the new keys have been received and successfully programmed to your vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation and are glad we were able to complete this part of the process for you. To clarify, the service on your vehicle was completed as discussed. During the process, we explained that aftermarket keys—those not sourced directly through Volkswagen—cannot be programmed using our factory tools. This is due to compatibility limitations beyond our control. For that reason, we recommended ordering OEM keys through our dealership to ensure proper programming and function, which you ultimately approved. I understand this situation has been frustrating, especially given the distance you traveled. It was never our intention to add stress or cause inconvenience.
