They weren’t trying to help me unless I spent thousands of dollars in which I stated I’m very low income so there’s no way possible I could purchase a whole new vehicle or very expensive parts .. I went to of dollars in which I stated I’m very low income so there’s no way possible I could purchase a whole new vehicle or very expensive parts .. I went to another Nissan dealership 30 mins away and they were able to assist me with me just spending a little over $300.00, my car has been running good ever since. I wouldn’t recommend the Nissan dealership in Wilson, NC even if it was the only Nissan dealership left in eastern North Carolina, they aren’t here to help they just care about commission. More

Took car to get a diagnostic which was done and I thoroughly explained what was going on with the car. Was told I had a few issues with other things, but didn't even fix my initial problem that I was thoroughly explained what was going on with the car.
