Went in for warranty for my door side handle on my 2023 frontier and after showing them exactly how it happened since I have proof of several other instances of this same exact thing happening, they denied my request because there where scratches 4 inches below the handle and they are completely unrelated, but chose to say that there was damage done to the handle even though there are no scratches or chips on the handle itself. They tried to order me the part that broke off but that wouldn't help either since they ignored my first explanation of how it happened, making that useless because it would only happen again over time. The mechanics didn't even know what the part was called when I (who is no mechanic) knew exactly what it was. Overall, not how nissan customers should be treated when I had proof, demonstrated the problem, and explained everything in detail. Will not be returning to this dealership or service department.
