She went above and beyond to help get me in and out in a record time when it came time to come in and finish the deal and sign the paperwork! She knew I had time constraints due to work and she made it happen when I didn’t think it was even possible to buy a car that fast! I’ve done my fair share of car buying… some of them were brutally painful, but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Annie truly wants to help and not just push another sale on you. When every other dealership said no to my target number and was reluctant to work with me, Annie was the only person who was willing to go above and beyond even on her day off to make sure I was given a nu and was reluctant to work with me, Annie was the only person who was willing to go above and beyond even on her day off to make sure I was given a number I was happy with and had a pleasant experience. She was very accommodating, transparent, and communicative throughout the whole process, and she has never, not even once, shown frustration or seemed disgruntled by my questions. She held my hand and guided me through everything to the finish line. I’ve always hated going into dealerships because everyone’s just trying to get the sale, but it didn’t feel like that at all with Annie, and I am so glad I stuck through with her and her daughter Ashley. I truly cannot thank them enough for all the work they’ve put in to ensure I was satisfied and the service they’ve both provided are none like other. I can guarantee you that.
