I sent out an inquiry to all the other local Kia dealerships. Matt was the 1st to answer and provided me with an exceptional deal. Turns out the finance people from my old dealership were now all here at Tustin Kia. The dealership is large, beautiful, spacious and has an automated top-of-the-line coffee maker. I don’t think I could say enough wonderful things about Annie for her to get the praise she deserves! Annie was incredible from the very start! She was incredibly professional, beyond helpful, extremely pr Annie for her to get the praise she deserves! Annie was incredible from the very start! She was incredibly professional, beyond helpful, extremely prompt in all communication and even texted me on her days off! She truly wanted to help and was never pushy at all! She went above and beyond to help get me in and out in a record time when it came time to come in and finish the deal and sign the paperwork! She knew I had time constraints due to work and she made it happen when I didn’t think it was even possible to buy a car that fast! I’ve done my fair share of car buying… some of them were brutally painful, but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Annie truly wants to help and not just push another sale on you. Thank you Annie and Tustin Kia for the wonderful experience and I will definitely be back to work with Annie again! More
