Hi, I’m Ashley Sullivan with Bowditch Ford. I was born and raised in Hampton, VA and have called Yorktown home for the past 5 years. Although I’m newer to the automotive industry with 6 months of experience, I’ve had a lifelong passion for cars and trucks — especially diesels and lifted builds. I personally own a 2003 6.0 Diesel Ford Excursion, so helping people find vehicles they truly love comes naturally to me. I’m also a proud mother of three wonderful children and dog mom to my 11-year-old brindle blue pitbull, Bear. I believe buying a vehicle should feel exciting and comfortable, not stressful or overwhelming. Whether you’re shopping for your first vehicle, upgrading your family ride, or looking for your dream truck, I’m here to provide honest communication, a relaxed experience, and customer service you can count on. I’d love the opportunity to earn your business and help you find the perfect vehicle for your lifestyle and budget!

Talk about a company that goes beyond acting in BAD Faith, that’s Bowditch Ford. Caution do not purchase from Bowditch. Paperwork was wrong, trade in value was a thousand dollars off, 3 months to payof Faith, that’s Bowditch Ford. Caution do not purchase from Bowditch. Paperwork was wrong, trade in value was a thousand dollars off, 3 months to payoff old truck & had to pay on new truck at the same time. We had to pay $999.00 to get paperwork completed, not included in original price, and still not completed. Like we could take the paperwork somewhere else! Had to keep getting temporary plates bc paperwork was not sent through to get title/ registration / or plates transferred. Meanwhile, Walter Holmes would not return our numerous phone calls, about all the problems. I’m not sure if it’s due to disorganization or lack of business etiquettes. His title clerk/ accountant/secretary would tell us the paperwork was on his desk. For months this was the excuse she would give us. It’s my understanding she too finally wised up and is no longer with them. This week as we bitterly celebrate 6 months of bad customer service relationship. YES 6 MONTHS, and still no title to the correct office at Ford Credit. We got a letter from Ford Credit this week wanting the title from us. We have told them on several occasions that Bowdich Ford has never sent it to us or the DMV. We are now not able to pay personal property taxes on truck to get license renewal, which is turned over to insurance company, who will eventually drop the insurance. Some issues were resolved, but not all. IN ALL THIS ORDEAL, WE ADVISE PEOPLE TO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BOWDITCH FORD IN NEWPORT NEWS VA. We also saw many other people have complained about similar problems, over long periods of time. Someone needs to tell the owner, Casey Rosinski, that poor management, poor customer service, and not acting in good faith, usually leads to a companies downfall. Business 101. SO, CAUTION, CAUTION, the donkey is friendly until he is sold to you, then it bites you in the A??. More
