With my past experiences of an amazing start with dealerships turning into nightmares after buying the car, I have to rate Toyota of Kent 4 stars. Our relationship right now is going to be 7 years (6 to pay off the RAV4 and 7 with my warranty) I will give an update when appropriate. Based of my first impressions, Justin is an amazing sales man. He is knowledgeable with his job, and I felt comfortable during our conversation. The finance lady (sorry I don’t remember your name) is just as amazing. I was hoping to get a little better price with this vehicle, but at the same time I can afford it and I’m beyond happy to finally have an SUV to drive. More

John was very great about getting me checked in! The oil change was very quick. The only thing I would complain about would be the car wash. I do appreciate them cleaning my car. If Ashley is in finance than I give her 5 stars. Who the heck is Anthony Bonina? I hate this Toyota ever since Don Joseph sold it. They don't keep their word.
