I was very satisfied with the customer service, but the mechanic that worked on my car drove it back to me on a flat tire, didn’t properly install my cabin filter (it was whistling horribly but I fixed it mechanic that worked on my car drove it back to me on a flat tire, didn’t properly install my cabin filter (it was whistling horribly but I fixed it myself), and I was a little disappointed at the fact that not only was my seat moved WAY back when I got into my vehicle, but there was a not-so-pleasant odor from whoever had been in there. I’m usually 100% satisfied with my service there and this is the only time in the past three years where I left the dealership a tad disappointed. More

Our engine light came on, supposedly fixed but within a few days the gas cap light came on, we purchased a new cap online, installed it light went out then came back on..took to dealer and they said it was few days the gas cap light came on, we purchased a new cap online, installed it light went out then came back on..took to dealer and they said it was the cap we purchased, they installed new one from stock at our cost (cap only), light went out, first time after new cap installed we purchased gas it come back on..cap is installed correctly .. between our local mechanic and dealer we have spent approximately $500 and still have the problem..we have scheduled appointment for 10.30 and hopefully it will be corrected but it’s very annoying having to repeat going back and forth several times..after that appointment send me another request and I’ll reply More
