This dealership put profit over the safety and satisfaction of me and my family. When we reported 2 problems 6 days after buying our vehicle that made our vehicle unsafe, (transmission problems and heavy vibrating while braking) they refused to fix the problem at first and told us "nothing we can do" It took us 3 WEEKS to finally reach an agreement. They asked us multiple times for money to cover the repairs even though it is the dealerships legal obligation to make the car safe. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of us multiple times and when it was all said and done they only fixed 1 problem, returned our car with an empty gas tank and filthy floor mats. I'll be taking this car elsewhere for the repairs because this dealership is not worth the time and frustration. More

Troiano had, on their lot, the best vehicle match to my options list, so I arranged to make the 70-mile drive there. After the test drive, we talked about my wants and needs to make this deal happen, and they actually met all of my stipulations! Jym, Frank, Bill and even Ash (the General manager) made sure I was happy throughout the whole buying process. Even during the delivery, when I spent quite a bit of time going over every inch of my new investment, they showed me patience and courtesy, and Phil graciously answered all of my novice truck-owner questions during the review of the vehicle. It's not a razzle-dazzle storefront like some of the newer dealerships, so your first impression might be a little iffy like mine was; but when it comes to genuine customer concern and willingness to make you satisfied with your purchase, these guys will be hard to beat! I highly recommend. More

Easy going new vehicle purchase My wife and I originally reached out to Troiano looking for a gently used Jeep Wranlger with fairly low mileage. After reviewing our wants/needs and d My wife and I originally reached out to Troiano looking for a gently used Jeep Wranlger with fairly low mileage. After reviewing our wants/needs and discussing our budget, it was suggested that we look into a purchasing a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler. We were both PLEASANTLY shocked to realize that a brand new Jeep was really not too much more and within our budget. So, we set up to take a test drive and upon arrival we discovered that the general manager, Ash Bashir, had arranged to get the Jeep in my wife's favorite color and it had both the hard and soft top! Ash then hooked us up with Phil Mathews in the Sales department. Phil went over the ins and outs of the Jeep and every aspect we could think of and then some. Phil was extremely courteous, professional and easy to work with. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable, but rather relaxed and happy. After taking the Jeep for a test drive and trying it out, we fell in love with it. How could you not? The purchase experience was super easy and there were no long drawn out conversations, but only simple minimal communication during the three or four days in between the test drive and when our schedule allowed for the pick up date. We really didn't have to do much, which made the process very relaxed. When we pulled into the dealership to pick up the Jeep and sign the papers, everything was ready to go! Phil even went over every little detail of the Jeep and told us to come on back in the Spring when we were ready to switch Jeep tops out and they would gladly walk us through the process so we could see the proper steps. Phil even offered to come to our home to show us how... now that's customer service :) Both my wife and I can confidently say that the car buying process at Troiano was phenomenal. We have nothing but positive things to say about Phil and Ash. Thanks! More
