Left dealership & returned within 20 minutes with same problem - then diagnosed with repair exceeding vehicle's value. Since I needed to get back to Phoenix by driving, ended up purchasing a new vehicle. Previous car was Chrysler, ended up with a Jeep. In thinking back, only shown Jeeps, no Chrysler vehicles. Due to my jet lag I probably didn't deal as well as I could have, should have insisted on some things or asked more questions about. Everyone at dealership was extremely nice and helped as much as they could due to my situation. Financing is still fuzzy as no line by line review so I could ask questions. Diffucult as purchasing vehicle out of state. I have had difficulty in reaching finance person with questions, however, all sales personnel were excellent to deal with. More
