When I traded mr truck in I was told that they will give me 10,000 and me still ow 4,000 but when I paid off my truck there was the 14,000 added to my amount of 39000 making me pay 53,000 so I basically gav me 10,000 and me still ow 4,000 but when I paid off my truck there was the 14,000 added to my amount of 39000 making me pay 53,000 so I basically gave the truck away. Then me not having my truck a week and getting codes I was told they probably didn’t reset the mile for the oil so I took it and had it looked at and it was the cam shaft filter needing changed so y’all wanted over 300 to do it when it should have been free so I took it to my mechanic and got it done in a hour and less than half the cost y’all wanted so next time I’ll take my business to Dallas More

We feel misled by the ordeal and wish I could return the vehicle. There were things we weren't told like it was missing a key fob and excessive scratches on the vehicle. One of the best automotive buying experiences I have ever had. I drove in from Norman, Oklahoma to purchase a new Jeep, after agreeing on the sales price over the phone. Arrived at the dealership, drove the jeep and the agreed-on price did not change or was there any attempt to renegotiate, all incentives / rebates were honored. Ashton came across as very personable, sincere and above board.
