Very little explanation of payment or interest rate. Alot of signing without any explanations. Ended up having a much higher monthly payment than agreed to along with $2000 down that I couldn't afford. Along with the world we live in, Honda is part of the reason that most customers have trust issues. Too many lies and lack of manners. I was not impressed with the entire process after selecting my vehicle. I had 2 referrals ready that I canceled after my Unprofessional experience. Love my new CRV but, not pleased with everything else. People these days go to work to get a paycheck and have no intentions or interest in the satisfaction of their customers. Very very disappointed. More
