I appreciate the facility and workers, digital communication but in less than 30 days, had 2 services for similar problem totaling almost $2k is steep not counting rental and towing cost. But, for my prwferred patronage, without questioning labor cost per hour, why eliminate car loaner, a car wash, and why car parts costs so much more (3x) than the local facilities. Things are financially hard. Be reasonable and relate to your faithful customers. More
