For man I have been a customer of Kings Nissan for many years, to long to remember!!! I've always used the service department for all my lease cars. For many of those years, I dealt with Atnan. Atnan is always courteous, acknowledges you by your name (this is important to me, it shows his character), professional and caring. He takes time to listen and advice me of my concerns. He keeps me well informed of the progress and what was done to the car. When the transaction is completed, he always shakes my hand and says goodbye. I just moved to New Jersey from Brooklyn NY. I do not think I will find a better group of people from owner, dealers (Terry) and all the service personal, specially Atnan.
