Originally went in for a CVT oil and filter change and received the car back with just the CVT oil change and no filter change as per recommendation from the service advisor. I noticed the car drove a received the car back with just the CVT oil change and no filter change as per recommendation from the service advisor. I noticed the car drove a little different and raised my concerns with the team and they were ready and willing to make things right. After some discussion we decided to move forward with the original idea of changing the CVT filter and refill the oil and now my car drives like it is brand new! The way they handled the situation of me coming back with concerns and addressing them head on was very admirable as you can tell the team really cares about their customers and maintaining their trust, confidence, and satisfaction.
