Last time was unusually disappointing. I needed to change oil and do a regular check-up. I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I was told that the car won’t be ready before 1 pm. When I called I needed to change oil and do a regular check-up. I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I was told that the car won’t be ready before 1 pm. When I called up about 1:30, I was told to come at 2-2:15 to pick a car. At 2, upon my arrival, I found a car parked at the same spot with the same number sign on the top. Nobody even touched it. Only after my reminder, the car was picked up at 2:15, and somehow in 30 min everything was done. I saw many cars with the number signs much higher than mine (my car has “51” number sign, I saw cars with signs “65”, “68”, “69” being served and leaving the dealership, and it makes me believe that my car was totally ignored until my reminder at 2:15. I don’t believe that it was necessary to marinate me and my car from 8:30 am to 2:15 pm, and then do all things in half an hour. More
