Shortline Hyundai is the only dealership we've done repeat business with and we're retired, so you can imagine how many cars we've purchased over the Shortline Hyundai is the only dealership we've done repeat business with and we're retired, so you can imagine how many cars we've purchased over the years. We leased a Tucson and Sonata in 2010, turned them in in 2013 and bought another Sonata. This week we traded the 2013 Sonata for a 2015 Sonata. We dealt with Atilla at Shortline and it was a great experience - something like visiting at a friends home. Never have we felt pressured to buy and Atilla was efficient, kind and thorough, going over all of the features on the car with us before we left. I kept waiting for the hard sell or some bad news to come and it never did. Everything was clearly laid out and although he had to tend to other customers in different stages of their sale, I was given ample attention in between filling out the paperwork. They let me leave in my new car although there were some matters to be finalized. When i came by later in the day and two days later to tie things up, everyone remembered and greeted me as if I were the most important customer. I highly recommend this place and my salesman in particular. More
