If I could give 0 stars I would, Their internet sales department is staffed by and managed by argumentative and condescending men who don't think women know anything about cars or trucks. After doing my department is staffed by and managed by argumentative and condescending men who don't think women know anything about cars or trucks. After doing my research of the price of two advertised cars using the published VIN numbers for those vehicles, I emailed first to discuss a deal for purchase of both vehicles. I was promptly dismissed by the male salesperson saying, "we advertise our best price online on all used cars and no further discounts are available on the online pricing. Let me know if you need any more information. Thank you." I called to discuss with the used car sales manager. He was rude, would not let me finish a sentence, raised his voice, and treated me with zero respect. He clearly has no respect for women or for that matter customers. I would include his name if I had been able to understand the pronunciation. They just lost the sale of two vehicles as I was ready to purchase today after feeling assured I had the best deal - with cash. They lost $82,000 today. And dealerships wonder why used cars aren't selling. More
