He truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. He even put my mom’s old bumper stickers onto her new car without us asking him! He treated my mom like she was his mom. And Aubrey, the GM is a Pro, so genuine and caring. She will do everything in her power, working hand in hand with Ray, to get you into the vehicle you want. They’re a Professional Team over there. They are like family with each other too, which you rarely see. They clearly support each other. I would never go anywhere else. Their customer service is 2nd to none in the state of NM. Was told my car a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N Line was worth $22k. I thought this wasn’t a great but fair offer as the salesman told me they don’t list used cars for more than original MSRP. Then they listed $22k. I thought this wasn’t a great but fair offer as the salesman told me they don’t list used cars for more than original MSRP. Then they listed it for sale for almost $7000 more than they gave me for it and more than original MSRP of $25k. . I feel ripped off and cheated and you will be too if you buy it. will not buy a car from them again. I did get a response to my google review from Subaru saying I should contact the general manager Audrey Padilla. However she is the one who I worked with on my trade. More
