They failed to supply a correct odometer reading on the title. To resolve it has taken months. The sales manager, Audrey, was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. Andrew was okay to work with, although mildly not helpful. We received misinformation, rudeness, difficulty reaching managers or administration. They lost our check (cash purchase) and we had to write another check to them, stop payment on the original check, and they had the nerve to say we had to deliver it to them. So much more... More
