Working with JR was a blast. We outlined the truck needs to meet our requirements and he found two that fit that. Did some test drives and found the one we liked. He was very patient for a guy like me that was used to a 09 truck, and didn't understand all the new bells and whistles. Able to work out to work out numbers and trade in value that worked. Seamless event and made truck shopping easy. Overall my expectations were surpassed by JR and he did a fantastic job. I forsee a employee of the month coming up!! More
