I bought a used 2022 Toyota Corolla, after purchase, they brought the car around. It was not detailed, so I said I would bring it back on Saturday. I came in and to my surprise, Austin had quit. Anyways, Debbie and Emily both helped get the interior as clean as it could get, so I appreciate that. They're awesome!!! Austin was clearly on his way out when he sold this car to us on Tuesday May 5th. Our car has damage underneath on the passenger side door that was never told to us, our fault for not noticing it. The alignment is way off, it shakes horribly at 75-82 MPH, so we will have to sink $100 - $200 into that. Also, we don't think the car was really ready for sale, since we just tried the windshield wiper fluid, and that is empty. Like, did they even check this vehicle out before allowing it to be sold. This is car 9 that we have bout, Literally we bought 2 in the past week! Hopefully they get in contact with us, or we won't be back. We love the facility, the team of sales, and finance, but this is truly unacceptable. -JF More

He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the various features of the vehicle and set up digital controls and app as well as providing my wife a short drive to make sure she was comfortable driving the new SUV.
