When my 2011 Nissan your current one, Fred Anderson Nissan is the place to go for respectful, transparent, and quality service every single visit. When my 2011 Nissan Versa started making unusual sounds, I took it in for routine service and learned that the repairs would be more expensive than the replacement cost for the vehicle. This is never news a car owner wants to hear, but the level of detail and transparency made it easy to trust. In addition to a detailed explanation from GLENN, who had already given me all kinds of helpful advice on extending the life of my Versa in the years before, a mechanic recorded a short video showing in detail how extensive the problems were. This was the level of clear communication I needed to move forward with confidence. Once I realized it was really time to get new car, I did my due diligence and shopped around at other dealerships, but eventually came back to Fred Anderson. Quality service over 6 years had built up a strong sense of trust with the team here, and unlike other dealerships, the low-pressure but high-information sales team gave me the space I needed to think about my decision and come back when I was ready to move forward. MELANEE was especially wonderful as my sales rep, asking detailed questions and suggesting items to look at, but also letting me guide the process. I appreciated her energetic personality, detailed information she provided, but most importantly her patience with an indecisive customer. It took me two months to finally make a decision, but that's just the time I needed to feel confident in a large financial choice, and Melanee never made me feel like I needed to rush my process. This let me finally feel ready to make a decision that I knew I'd be happy with for years to come. Once I'd selected a new vehicle, AUSTIN made the financing and paperwork part of the sale easy to understand, quick to sign, and enjoyable. I appreciated his detailed breakdown of the service plan options which were also presented with no sense of pressure. I'd come in late in the evening, but Austin never made me feel like starting the paperwork late in the day was a burden, and we kept a quick but detail-oriented pace as we went through the necessary stacks of paperwork. I'm three months in to owning my Nissan Rogue and couldn't be happier with my choice. Thank you so much to the team at Fred Anderson for consistently helping this car owner with trust issues navigate the harder parts of car ownership with a spirit of service and pride in the work they do! I never thought I'd look forward to car service appointments, but the peace of mind that comes from feeling confident that I am welcome and respected by my dealership is truly wonderful, and I look forward to many more years of service here.
