Austin Avent was hands down one of the most helpful salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He went above and beyond to help walk me through the difficult process of finding a car that salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He went above and beyond to help walk me through the difficult process of finding a car that fit my lifestyle as well as my budget. He was SO knowledgeable, and gave me so much information in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming. He also took the extra time to work with me on a financing budget that I felt comfortable with, and gave me lots of different options to help me find one that was just right. He is a truly genuine, thoughtful salesperson who never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy before I was ready. 10/10 would recommend working with him if you're looking to buy a new car, or even if you're just curious about available options. Austin and Dennis were absolutely wonderful!! I came in just to look and after talking with Austin, test driving a Cadillac and found a Ford flex in the back. I've purchased many vehicles in the past but I've NEVER had a sales agent sit in a vehicle and physically show me features and explain how things work! Usually I just have to figure it out as I go but Aust had a sales agent sit in a vehicle and physically show me features and explain how things work!
