I came in with low hopes because of my current position I got completely screwed by fast lane auto and towing.Austin was absolutely amazing doing everything he can to get me a new vehicle! The other day I went looking for a new car, I had just moved and I needed to get out of my vehicle with bad interest and too high of a payment. I walked into Fred Anderson Nissan and immediately was greet moved and I needed to get out of my vehicle with bad interest and too high of a payment. I walked into Fred Anderson Nissan and immediately was greeted by Austin Avent. Austin didn’t badger me, he treated me like an old friend coming to get help, and that’s exactly what he did. I told him what I wanted and needed and he found a couple options for me. Austin thoroughly walked me through the car I picked to see first (with much more care and effort than I’ve seen at other dealerships), and that’s all I needed to see to decide that was the vehicle I wanted. Austin Avent and Fred Anderson Nissan ended up being able to lower my payment and my interest which is exactly what I wanted. It was quick, professional, and the least stressful car purchase I’ve ever done. More
