I had some pretty specific questions early on about my f-450 [not exactly an every day seller] and what he could answer, he answered, and what he could not, he didn't BS me. He was honest and said he didn't know, but that he would check into it for me.And this continued all the way through the sale with any overly-detailed questions (questions most people would never ask) I had. I appreciate that. In addition he was very honest through this whole vehicle shortage situation. He never over promised things that were not in his control, which meant he never underdelivered. I respect that. Above and beyond he, and the O'Daniel's Ford dealership, made certain that my buying experience was the best it could be. I'm a full time RV'er and was not in town when the truck I ordered 6 months prior finally arrived. I was not going to be home either for another 4 weeks as I was on the other side of the country. But that was no problem. Austin said it's my truck, no one's going to test drive it or buy it, it will be here ready to go when I get here. Indeed it was. Further more, I wanted to put a Ranch Hand front bumper/brush guard on the truck, and he took the vehicle over to where I ordered the bumper, had them put it on. And then drove it back to the dealership. That meant the truck was ready to go, with the bumper and all when I showed up to take delivery. Now that is service. And service that Austin took the time to coordinate as well. Solid and very very appreciated. Certainly above and beyond. Summary, I don't usually like car salesman. But I would work with Austin again, and again. And I would recommend for you to do the same. More
