I have been in the Automotive Business for over 30 yrs, and have performed many duties including Parts, Sales, Finance Director and General Manager. I have been fortunate to work for reputable organizations during my career. One thing I have learned over the years is that Customer Service is the key to success. That is why I’m excited to be working for O’Daniel Ford. I graduated from Eastside High School and attended IPFW and Taylor University. I enjoy doing activities like hiking, running, boating, playing tennis and mountain biking.

From my first contact, Zach was extremely courteous and willing to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. The complete transaction from Zach to Ross was 0 pressure and pleasant, which is a lot to say willing to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. This dealership and the entire staff we encountered are WELL worth our drive, which was almost 3 hours! The next time we are looking for a Ford, we are skipping the Indianapolis dealers and heading North to O'Dqniel again! More

I had the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Payten was wonderful, patient and very knowledgeable.
