In an attempt to avoid lengthy delays completing the never ending paperwork that comes with a car purchase I completed everything possible online in h In an attempt to avoid lengthy delays completing the never ending paperwork that comes with a car purchase I completed everything possible online in hope the time at the dealer would be minimal, unfortunately the dealership had only 1 resource available to process the final paperwork and that resource was engaged with another customer. 45 minutes later and after sharing my frustration another resource was made available to close out my purchase and get me on my way. I hope my experience will be used as a learning opportunity for those involved and they can avoid a similar event. My thoughts were, why didn't they think to get another resource before I felt I had to say something?? More
