I had a very pleasant experience buying a new A220 from Austin. I had been passively searching for a new vehicle for about a year and the level of customer service and professionalism I had at MB Hoffman E Austin. Start to finish I was in the dealership for no more than 2 hours, that included the test drive, trade-in (which I got a good price on), and all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes should go here and deal with Austin. More

Austin was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. He invested a lot of time explaining the different models that I was interested in and packages that work best for my throughout the entire process. That goes a long way with me. It was refreshing to work with him and a great experience at the dealership all around. Top notch. Salesman seemed inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about the vehicle or it’s history. Not a very friendly atmosphere there as well. The sales manager that estimated the value of my trade completely di about the vehicle or it’s history. Not a very friendly atmosphere there as well. The sales manager that estimated the value of my trade completely disrespected it and continually slammed the soft closed doors after I politely asked him not too. He didn’t know how to put the car in park (dual clutch) and just left it in neutral and got out and took the keys with him so we had to find him to correctly secure the car in park. The overall experience was just not good at all there. More
