Chandler and Austin were more than helpful as well, helping with the accessories we needed and answering questions about the gps and other techie stuff. In our fifth-wheel package the service department had a package switch over mid way thru and the bed plug didn't get installed but they are getting us in later this month to finish it and will give us a loaner if it takes too long so we can get to our other Tri-Cities appointment that same day. The finance lady was not friendly but everybody else was. My husband loves our new truck. More

I have bought cars from other places and it was very up front and open way before you got in to sign the papers on APR for financing etc. I didn't get any of that information unless I asked and then it was provided when I went to sign for papers. Multiple times I had to tell him no and it with that it didn't feel up front and honest. More

Nothing could be further from my experience at Corbin. Austin was curious, attentive, and respectful. He respected my choice in lenders and while he did offer other lenders, dropped it when I said I was comfortable with my choice. I even drove 300 miles to pick it up and while he was juggling three of us all trying to buy cars from him, he was still attentive and went the extra mile. Including checking in that night to make sure I got home safe, and a few times over the following weeks to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. More
