Very helpful Austin was great and understanding of my circumstances. The wait was lengthy. Car was detailed on the outside but not the inside. I did mention it and Austin was great and understanding of my circumstances. The wait was lengthy. Car was detailed on the outside but not the inside. I did mention it and Austin pulled it over had them do it but was only vacuumed, called today and it was a pleasure to know I can bring it back in to have it done. Excellent salesmanship and customer service. I did a lot of research prior to going in to Sun Toyota. A co-worker of mine knows John Marazzi and gave my information to him. He referred me to Ferr I did a lot of research prior to going in to Sun Toyota. A co-worker of mine knows John Marazzi and gave my information to him. He referred me to Ferris Hamden, who did some preliminary questions and then set me up with Austin Heisler. This is true teamwork at its finest. Upon arriving at the dealership for the first time, I met my Salesperson Austin Heisler, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to go over all of the options that came with the vehicle I chose and was very patient with my concerns and questions. The Sales Manager Ferris Hamden was perfect as well. He was involved "Just Enough" to make sure my sales experience was complete and outstanding. My Finance guy (Chase Murray), was knowledgeable, patient and did not provide any pressure on extra sales items (extended warranties). My decision to buy some of the extended warranties was partly due to the lack of pressure. So to sum it all up, It was an outstanding sales experience from beginning to end. Kudos Sun Toyota! More
