Dealership could use a refresher in cidtomer service. We spent most of the day wondering wgere he was, we had excessive waiting, and he was ill inforned if not misinformed. (Really..it will take 30 days to receive a copy of our sakes receipt?) Finance guy was hurried and got our documents to us 3 days after sale. All in all, the staff seemed frazzled and unfocused. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and some were never retirned. Just a bit disorganized and not customer focused. More
