Waiting time to get serve was very long and were I was so excited to get a vehicle I was hood winked not knowing the car had a missing wind shield wiper and bad tires and when I told them about it was so excited to get a vehicle I was hood winked not knowing the car had a missing wind shield wiper and bad tires and when I told them about it was giving a quote and the car is almost to old to refinance I know it's a used car but I felt the dealer should of let me know these things while I was there not when I'm on the road were it could of result in a accident after all I still finance the car and paid a down payment of 1500 I felt the dealer could of done better than that More

Not happy with the purchase of my truck from them. Also I was told that they do not accept pre approval letters from my bank and had to finance thru them. They said you can just refinance at a later date though my bank had better terms and rates More

I was disappointed because they lured me in with a great Internet quote. When they did not come close to their offer in person, they said my trade in was over 10 years old so I didn't qualify. The sales manager refused to give me his starting price. When he gave me an out the door price, the finance manager didn't honor it. I complained and so they gave me a lower out the door price. But the finance manager was slick, talking fast and moving fast going through the loan document. He had tacked on a document stamp tax that raised the out the door price. I hadn't noticed he did that. I later called our salesman who said that finance manager no longer worked there. I asked to speak to someone else. They dragged their feet returning my call. When I finally did speak with someone he told me I signed the loan document. He made it sound like there had been no deception and that they always add this fee to their quoted out the door price. I believe I have been scammed. The starting price turned out to be over 2 thousand dollars higher than sticker price for last year's model. I had asked for the promotional 0 per cent loan but was told I had to go with the 7 % loan to get their special price. So everything about this dealership screams slick, fast talking, scam artists. Today August 8th, I went to Kia of Port Charlotte all the way from Orlando looking to buy my son's first car, a 2023 Hyundai Kona Electric which they advertised for just under $22,000. After checking the Carfax, I noticed odd entries — including three battery replacements — despite the car showing only 100 miles on the odometer. I spoke with a salesman named Austin Owens. I asked him a few detailed questions about the Carfax findings, but his response was, "I have 900 cars here. I have no idea." When I arrived, there was only one key, no floor mats, and no charging cable. They confirmed that these items weren't included. I told them I'd still buy it if the price was right. Here's the catch: they added "mandatory" non-negotiable packages (completely useless for a car with almost no miles on it and still under factory warranty), which drove the price up from just under $22,000 to almost $30,000 before taxes. The sales manager bragged about the large number of cars they sold each month in an attempt to impress me, but I didn't care. He told me he could knock $800 off but I knew enough. I was here to evaluate a car and potentially buy a reasonably priced one but left in a shock. Now I understand why they refuse to give you a quote over the phone and why they want you to come in and hope you fall for their shady practices. The car is advertised with Best Price, you're saving $8093 but they forget to tell you that they will get that $8000 back with their shady practices. After posting my review, I read some other reviews, and I can only conclude that this KIA dealership has a serious problem. It seems to be a pattern in the way they try to do business and rip off customers. I ended up buying at Kia Port New Richie. What a wonderful experience comparing to you guys.
