Did not follow through. Lied about experience and issues with vehicle- said warning light was from a low tire. I was rushed by fiancé dept. Fees were not discussed. Purchased a car in January 2025 with 20000 miles. By April the transmission went. Dealership had car for 7 weeks. Trade Fees were not discussed. Purchased a car in January 2025 with 20000 miles. By April the transmission went. Dealership had car for 7 weeks. Traded that in and purchased a k4. Black. Dealership offered a price on another k4 red and I ended up purchasing that one. The black k4 was only in my name for about an hour and never left the lot. In the end I was charged $6000 for dealer fees. That to me this is just gouging the customer. All this happened in one day at the same dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again and would never recommend them. The only good part was. My sales person Cody. More
