After being informed the truck was done but lower ball joints couldn’t be reached I noticed the upper control arms were not greased. These are very easy to see and very accessible. Also requested a tire rotation and I don’t believe this was performed because the two missing lug nuts weren’t notated. This service department continues to perform poorly. Rotations are regularly not performed. The service after sale here is horrible and unless it improves dramatically I won’t be a return shopper. More
