I will never darken your doors again. I bought my Ram 1500 from you in 2018 and have been a loyal customer since. No more. The last repairs done on my truck took three weeks due to a comedy of errors. However, the problem with your service department is that they do not communicate at all. Not once during that three weeks did they initiate communications with me to update me on status despite my calls and 4 separate visits I made to the dealership to determine the status of repairs. When I registered a complaint I was told "we're having trouble with our AI system". You need more human intelligence. I'll be going eslewhere for service in the future. More

This is poor service after buying a $60,000 dollar truck from there that is having problems for the second time in less than 30,000 miles. More
