I contacted this dealership 3 times to tell them that a person is using my email address at their dealership and I think it could be possible ID fraud. I explained my ID had been stolen before est 15 yrs person is using my email address at their dealership and I think it could be possible ID fraud. I explained my ID had been stolen before est 15 yrs ago. I live in California and never been to this dealership, but I keep getting emails saying things like confirming an appt or surveys to ask how the service was at the dealership. They still haven't fix problem and its been over a year. Not cool. Wish owner of dealership would contact me and fix this problem ASAP!!!! More

I will never darken your doors again. I bought my Ram 1500 from you in 2018 and have been a loyal customer since. No more. The last repairs done on my truck took three weeks due to a c I bought my Ram 1500 from you in 2018 and have been a loyal customer since. No more. The last repairs done on my truck took three weeks due to a comedy of errors. However, the problem with your service department is that they do not communicate at all. Not once during that three weeks did they initiate communications with me to update me on status despite my calls and 4 separate visits I made to the dealership to determine the status of repairs. When I registered a complaint I was told "we're having trouble with our AI system". You need more human intelligence. I'll be going eslewhere for service in the future. More
