Top Notch! We came across Stykemain Chevrolet while browsing on cars.com. Within a few days, we made the 45 minute drive to look at this vehicle. Right away, Bra We came across Stykemain Chevrolet while browsing on cars.com. Within a few days, we made the 45 minute drive to look at this vehicle. Right away, Brad made us feel welcome and like we had known him forever. He never once pushed or pressured us into making any type of a decision, and was a genuinely honest salesman. Those two things were MUCH appreciated. We would definitely do business with him again! After negotiating a deal, we were able to put a small deposit down so that we could hold the vehicle for a few days until we could return to pick it up. Once we returned, it took maybe 20 minutes to fill out all paperwork with Austin (who also made us feel like we had known him forever), and we were on our way. As for the vehicles, they have a great, large assortment and very competitive prices. Stykemain definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We will recommend them to everybody! Thank you! The service department took care of them very quickly, but I had to bring it back over and had to pay to have them fixed. The follow up work was great, but should have been done initially. "New" in town We are from Northern Michigan so we were "new" in town and visiting family in Ottawa. Have been searching for a "newer" truck for a while. Drove over to check it out and bought our first ever new truck. 2019 Chevy Silverado. Devon Pearson was right out there in the rain with us, looking for that beautiful truck we had seen on-line. Found it, drove it, and bought it. Devon was extremely friendly, helpful, informative and walked us through every step. (Along with Austin Sears on the financing). And we paid a much better price than we could ever find where we live. Traveling home in our new truck today. Thank you Devon and Austin for all your hospitality. We were even allowed to bring in our Labradoodle while we waited for paperwork to be completed and the truck to be shined up.
