Bad Salesmen and Sneaky Financers Found a vehicle we liked and told them we were coming back for it the next day when we didn't work. They said they'd hold it for us and didn't ask for Found a vehicle we liked and told them we were coming back for it the next day when we didn't work. They said they'd hold it for us and didn't ask for a deposit to hold it. When we went back they told us they sold the vehicle the previous night and to try and find something else. We found another vehicle and were told it was in stock, but it wasn't. Finally, they brought us a similar vehicle and we purchased it. The first financial person who assisted us was fine, but we had to find a new lender a week later because one bank didn't accept our form of drivers license. The second financial person we worked with didn't inform us of an extra $3000 warranty he put on our contract and we only found out about it a few weeks later when the bank told us how much our loan was. Went in a third time to get the warranty taken off and waited an hour and a half for them to just write down our miles and account number. Like my car, but the service was awful and deceiving. More

Expedient, Friendly and Great to work with. Dalton and the team were able to get us taken care of pretty quick. We contacted Ben Davis on 2/26/19 around 4 pm. We got the paper work started that Dalton and the team were able to get us taken care of pretty quick. We contacted Ben Davis on 2/26/19 around 4 pm. We got the paper work started that day. The next day we were able to travel nearly 2 hours to Ben Davis Chevrolet Buick and they had the vehicle and paper work all ready to go. Did the test drive and we were very satisfied. Went in and completed the finance paper work pretty quickly. Once all paperwork was completed we were on the road in our new to us vehicle. My one and only issue was that the vehicle could have been detailed better inside and under the hood. The exterior was nice. Jesse And Dalton assured us that we could schedule an appointment to bring it back and it would be detailed fully. We were satisfied with that. The Staff and everyone at Ben Davis Chevrolet Buick were very friendly and personable. Dalton was a great salesman to work with and was eager for our business. Austin was knowledgeable and a great finance man to work with. Jesse was a pleasure to speak with and a great sales manager. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.
