The time that I spent with them not only on the phone but in person was impeccable. Not only was Austin a wonderful Voice on the phone but he also set me up with Tim when he was not in. I would like to thank the Gates team, especially Austin Truex. I have been looking for this type of accord for a year. Austin went out of his way so I was able to buy the one they had on their lot.
