We felt like no one was listening to us! We were asked what we wanted our payment to be and it was ignored, LOTS of pressure from the financial guy! Told him several times we didn’t want the warranty, he just kept pushing it. Very frustrating and time consuming! As far as settling on a price, payment and trade in, we were expected to agree to it without knowing what the trade in was or what they payment, price of vehicle was. That’s ridiculous! As for getting our Equinox engine replaced under warranty it took two weeks to get an answer and to start the work. Over all a very disappointing, stressful situation. Not happy customers! More
