My wife got a Nissan Kicks 2025 on July 17, 2026. We were told the Kicks record was clean and there was nothing to report. When we connected the car to the app, the app stated there was a recall on the Kicks. My wife called today and talked with the salesman. He said the Carfax did not mention it. My wife told him, the Nissan website had the car on recall. He told my wife, well you saw the Carfax had no recall. So the Nissan website where they asked you for the vin number is wrong. This place keeps getting worst and worst. I need to find a new dealership that actually cares for my family needs!!!! More
