All service reps were great and personable! John was exceptionally attentive, sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in prior to us driving our 2 hour commute to the dealership, and John was exceptionally attentive, sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in prior to us driving our 2 hour commute to the dealership, and showed us how to use our new vehicle with confidence.
