Sorry Azhar, we didnt have a good experience with you. 1. You pushed for the maintenance and added in price without consulting us. 2. We asked if their was maintenance on the Prius. You probably werent aware at a point you were picking your nose. 6. The transaction took way to long. It was a cash sell. I asked what maintenance had been done? If the fluids had been flushed. The spark plugs changed. Etc. ??? you ignored my question. If you want to redeem yourself id like a through mechanic to flush the brake, transmission and radiator flush. Give me a good deal. Ill excuse your blunders and give you a great review. Otherwise not. Your dealership is full of bull More

We had a good experience purchasing a 2021 RAV4 Prime with Josh as our salesperson. This was not a difficult sales job, as we came in planning to buy a Prime if we could find one. The complication was th with Josh as our salesperson. This was not a difficult sales job, as we came in planning to buy a Prime if we could find one. The complication was that Wilsonville Toyota has set up some challenging procedures to handle the exploding demand for the Primes. In order to be seen as fair, the dealership has a strict “first come first serve” policy. Josh explained to us that the best way to increase our chances was to be the first one at the dealership on the day a Prime was scheduled to come in. He looked up the inventory and saw that one was due in a couple of days. Following his guidance, I showed up at 5:30 am that morning and took a time-stamped photo of myself in front of the dealer’s sign. This should have assured us that we would be first in line to get that day’s Prime. However, the inventory was wrong and it didn’t come in that day. Eventually one arrived a few days later, and Josh kept us very well informed of the status. He acknowledged that he was new to this particular role and was learning through each sale. We felt that what he might have lacked in experience, he made up for in enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. We’re very happy with the car and with our ability to get one so quickly, despite the very limited national supply. Josh did a good job. More

Omg, buying my truck here was easy and smooth. Mr. Azhar Khan did everything including driving to another city to obtain a signature on some paperwork. It took about an hour and a half.
