I had the worst experience with Trust Auto. I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-appro I did not purchase any vehicle, yet they refused to return my down payment. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I was pre-approved through my lender and visited to explore options, but after deciding not to move forward with the purchase, I immediately notified the dealership. Despite that, they kept my down payment without providing a valid reason. No vehicle was sold, no contract was finalized, and neither of the cars I looked at were taken off the market — meaning there was no loss or inconvenience to them. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and feels completely unethical. I strongly recommend being extremely cautious if you decide to do business with Trust Auto. More

Trust Auto was a class act, from start, to finish. I'd never worked with them before, but they responded to my sales ad immediately and offered my asking price. I highly recommend her! The BMW Z4 I purchased from Trust Auto was exactly as described in the ad. We flew in from Cincinnati to Baltimore and drove the car home with no mechanical issues.
