I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia SLT back in 2021 December. I had an extended warranty on it, and some of the stuff would not have been covered by extending warranty. It was normal maintenance, but the radio h I had an extended warranty on it, and some of the stuff would not have been covered by extending warranty. It was normal maintenance, but the radio had to shorten it and that would’ve been covered by extended warranty, and they refused to honor the extended warranty on the radio. The general manager Tobyus would not call me back nor would he respond to my email the finance manager at the time I had a face-to-face meeting with him. He said he had to get with the general manager. He never responded to my emails as well I feel and I know that the radio should have been covered by warranty however I had to come out of pocket almost $1000 to repair the radio in the GMC so therefore the service I received from these individuals who represent legacy I will never buy another car from legacy and I always tell people not to buy from your dealership due to the incompetency of those individuals who should’ve taken care of me and honored the extended warranty that I paid $3000 for when I purchased the car .
